Judy O’Neal Williams is the president of Williams Creative Group, Inc.  She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows, one of only 307 so recognized in the U.S.  She is also one of only two people in north Louisiana to be Certified Accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America.

Judy has served as Chairperson of the National Public Relations Network and has also served on the National Public Relations Committee of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. She has served on many community non-profit boards.

Judy was voted Woman Business Person of the Year in 1995, Outstanding Young Woman of Louisiana in 1983/84, Rising Young Business Leader by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce in 1985, and one of three “Women Who Have Made a Difference” during the Celebration of Women Week in 1991.  She is a charter member of the first class of Leadership Louisiana, 1989/90.  In addition, she was the first woman to be recommended for membership to the Downtown Shreveport Rotary Club in 1987, was the first woman to serve on their Board and the first woman to serve as their President. She received the Athena Award in 2000 for being a female leader and helping to mentor other women.
