Wendy B. Horton represents clients in both Louisiana and Texas in multiple areas of law, including: trust and estate planning, tax law, state and federal securities law and compliance, corporate law, nonprofit law, succession and probate law, entity formation, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, closely held business law, and real estate law.

Wendy earned her B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University in 2003. She earned her J.D., from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2006 and earned her LL.M. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2007.
